Yesterday we wrapped up the main event here at the GKA Kite-Surf World Cup Sylt 2019. Airton Cozzolino and Carla Herrera Oria defended their first place positions from the single eliminations to walk away fully victorious at the end of the double eliminations.

It was an epic final, but the action’s not over yet. Next on the agenda – the strapless freestyle Expression Session with €1000 on the line for the best trick.

That’ll be going down this afternoon if the conditions come in. For now though, watch the highlights from yesterday’s finals to recap on the action.

Update: The wind didn’t get strong enough for competition, so the riders kept busy foiling, skating and jamming!

Let’s see what the weekend brings.
