GKA Kite-Surf World Cup Riders Step-up on Day Two in Tarifa

Welcome back to the second day of this first double discipline event of the 2019 GKA Kite World Tour season.

Today it was the turn of the Kite-Surf riders to register. Over 70 riders have signed up across both disciplines for the GKA Kite World Cup Tarifa this week, so there are a lot of heats to get through between now and Sunday!

There are two event pages for this double event, both featuring live tickers with information: Kite-Surf / Freestyle  
The riders in sequence for the first possible start later this afternoon are the Freestyle riders. 

Tarifa is the third stop of the 2019 season for the Kite-Surf  riders, who competed in epic waves at round one in Cape Verde back in February, and just last week at Sylt in Germany.

Yesterday the Freestyle riders registered and went on hold for a first possible start to round three of their 2019 season. Although the building afternoon thermals showed promise, they didn’t reach competition strength.
