THE TRIALS

39 riders entered the trials, hoping to make it through to the main event for the finals of the GKA Kite-Surf World Tour 2017, taking place at One Eye, Mauritius, this week. Only 8 would make it…

THE MAIN EVENT BEGINS
The 8 qualifiers from the trials made up the 24 riders in the men’s main event. Catch up on rounds one and two in this video, as well as round one in the women’s contest, with 14 riders, amongst them the best female wave riding talent in the world.

THE MAIN EVENT MIDWAY ACTION

Ahead of the upcoming crucial final rounds at the GKA Kite-Surf World Tour finals in Mauritius that will decide the 2017 World Champions, catch up on the men and women’s mid-event action and results so far, including the result of the women’s single elimination.

The men’s final rounds at the climax of this year’s GKA Kite-Surf World Tour in Mauritius this week. Could AIRton Cozzolino maintain his lead and fend off 2016 Champion Matchu Lopes? Matchu needed to beat Airton by two positions. Third place in the championship was also still up for grabs. Game on at One Eye!
