The GKA Youth Kite World Cup event is run under the event-organizer’s legal-, financial-, tax-, logistic-, and organizing responsibility only. The GKA Kite World Tour, legally run by the GKA Event GmbH, cannot be held liable for any losses in connection with the GKA Youth Kite World Cup event. The payment of prizemoney is under the event organizers responsibility only. The event-organizer is obliged to judge in accordance with the GKA Kite World Tour rulebook. The GKa Kite World Tour is however neither responsible for the right usage and application of the rulebook nor for the judging itself.
